About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Planner/Scheduler to join our team at Campbell Soup Company. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for planning and scheduling maintenance work orders to ensure the efficient operation of our manufacturing facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and schedule maintenance work orders to minimize downtime and maximize productivity
  • Develop and manage daily and weekly maintenance schedules to ensure optimal resource allocation
  • Collaborate with maintenance teams to identify and prioritize maintenance needs
  • Develop and maintain a backlog of work orders to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks
  • Analyze and optimize maintenance processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs
  • Communicate with maintenance teams and other stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and issue resolution
  • Develop and maintain a library of standard work orders and procedures to streamline maintenance processes
  • Perform other tasks and special assignments as requested by maintenance management
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in maintenance or a related field; SAP experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing equipment and processes
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
