Key Responsibilities- Deliver instruction and support to students with special needs, ensuring their academic and personal growth.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) to meet the unique needs of each student.
- Collaborate with colleagues and other stakeholders to ensure a comprehensive and supportive learning environment.
- Provide direct and indirect services to students, including one-on-one support and small group instruction.
- Stay up-to-date with best practices in special education and implement evidence-based strategies to enhance student outcomes.
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in special education, preferably in a school setting.
- Active or pending state teaching license.
- Previous school experience is preferred but not required.
