Job Responsibilities
  • Implement TLE's proprietary L.E.A.P Curriculum, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for all children.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor less-experienced teachers, providing feedback and guidance to help them grow professionally.
  • Communicate regularly with parents, sharing their children's latest adventures and achievements through various channels.
  • Support your center's success, partnering with center staff and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment and engagement.
  • Ensure the safety and security of each child, maintaining a clean and organized classroom environment.

Requirements
  • 2 years of professional teaching experience preferred. At least 1 year of professional teaching experience is required.
  • Associate degree OR on a Study Plan
  • Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP).
  • CPR and First Aid certification preferred
  • Must meet state specific guidelines for the role
