About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our brand management and content development efforts. As the Head of Brand & Content, you will be responsible for positioning our company, EUROBIKE, in the international market and shaping the content that drives our success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with our company's vision and goals.
  • Lead a team of 6 people (potentially growing) in the development of high-quality content that showcases our brand's expertise and thought leadership.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of brand initiatives and content projects.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to inform our brand strategy and content development.
  • Provide strategic and operational guidance to ensure the continued growth and success of our brand.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in brand management and content development, preferably in the bicycle and ecomobility industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and coach team members.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken) and proficiency in other languages is a plus.
