Job Summary:

Job Title: Respiratory Therapist

Location: Columbus, Ohio

Schedule: 36 hours/week

Shift: 3x12 Nights (12 hours)

Contract Length: 13 weeks

Pay Range: $1900-$2020 Weekly DOE

Key Responsibilities:

Assess patients with respiratory issues and perform diagnostic tests.

Administer medications, oxygen therapy, and manage ventilators.

Provide emergency respiratory care, including CPR and airway management.

Educate patients on using respiratory devices and managing conditions.

Collaborate with healthcare teams to adjust care plans.

Monitor patient progress and document treatments.

Ensure proper infection control and equipment maintenance.

Support pulmonary rehabilitation for improved lung function.

Requirements:

Must have OHIO LICENSE (Respiratory Care NBRC-RRT).

Must have at least 1 year of experience in acute care settings.

Must have strong critical care and large hospital experience.

Must hold BLS, ACLS certification.
