Job Title: Registered Nurse - Neuro Critical Care

About the Role:

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art Neuro Critical Care Unit, providing care to patients with complex neurological conditions. As a Registered Nurse in this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and contributing to the development of evidence-based practice.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients with neurological conditions, including stroke, traumatic brain injury, and spinal cord injury.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Monitor and manage patients' vital signs, medications, and treatments.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of evidence-based practice.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
Requirements:
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Washington.
  • At least 2 years of experience in neuroscience or critical care nursing.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
  • Neuroscience Critical Care Certification (CCRN) preferred.
