Neuro Critical Care Nurse

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Neuro Critical Care Nurse to join our team at Swedish Health Services. As a critical care registered nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment, working closely with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients, including those with neurological conditions.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals as needed.
- Monitor and manage patient vital signs, administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless transitions of care, promoting continuity and quality.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current Washington Registered Nurse License.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification.
- National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association certification.
- 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in a critical care setting.
Preferred Qualifications
- National Certification in area of specialty.
