Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Neuro Critical Care Nurse to join our team at Swedish Health Services. As a critical care registered nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment, working closely with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients, including those with neurological conditions.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals as needed.
  • Monitor and manage patient vital signs, administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless transitions of care, promoting continuity and quality.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices.

Requirements

  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Current Washington Registered Nurse License.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification.
  • National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association certification.
  • 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in a critical care setting.

Preferred Qualifications

  • National Certification in area of specialty.
