This is a 100% in-office based position for our Brookhaven office.

TeleSpecialists LLC is a physician-owned management service organization committed to providing exceptional emergent and non-emergent neurology and psychiatric patient care via telemedicine. Our partnerships with over 30 health systems have increased patient access to acute neurology and psychiatric expertise across the United States.

Location: Brookhaven, GA This position is 100% in-office.

Job Summary:

The Human Resource Generalist will play a pivotal role in supporting overall HR functions and enhancing our employee training programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Training Development and Implementation:
    • Design, develop, and implement training programs that meet the needs of various departments and comply with healthcare regulations.
  2. Employee Relations:
    • Ability to interpret and explain company policies to managers and employees
    • Create Performance Improvement Plans and disciplinary documentation
    • Create an "open door" environment to address manager and employee concerns
  3. Employee Development:
    • Identify and address individual and team development needs through performance reviews and feedback.
    • Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth and career advancement.
  4. HR Support:
    • Assist with other HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration, as needed.
    • Handle employee inquiries related to training and development opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements preferred
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to design and deliver engaging training programs using various instructional methods.
  • Proficiency in HR software and learning management systems (LMS).
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Professional HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) or training certification
  • Experience with ADP Workforce Now a plus.
  • Familiarity with employee engagement and performance management strategies.
