About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nurse Coordinator RN Burn to join our team at HCA Florida Blake Hospital. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care and coordinating all functions in the unit.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate, evaluate, customize, and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
  • Assist with admission and discharge processes.
  • Partner with subject matter experts and leadership team to support improved outcomes and service.
  • Provide coaching, feedback, and training to improve performance and engagement.
  • Assist with staff scheduling.
Requirements
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 60 months of employment start date
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
  • Nonviolent Crisis Intervention must be obtained within 60 months of employment start date
  • Associate Degree, or Registered Nurse Diploma
  • Advance Practice Registered Nurse (APRN), or Registered Nurse

HCA Florida Blake Hospital is a 383-bed hospital located in Bradenton, FL. We are the only state-designated Level II trauma center in Manatee, Sarasota, and DeSoto Counties. Our services include 24-hour emergency care, open-heart surgery, burn care, cancer care, joint replacement, and inpatient rehabilitation.
