Marquette Management Inc. is seeking a dedicated Facilities Maintenance Specialist. This role is essential in ensuring that residents enjoy a clean and well-maintained living space. The Facilities Maintenance team is responsible for a variety of tasks, including but not limited to, general repairs in both residential units and shared areas, preparing vacant units for new occupants, snow and waste management, urgent repair tasks, cleaning, landscaping, and managing inventory of maintenance supplies.
The ideal candidate for the Facilities Maintenance Specialist position should possess prior experience in maintenance, ideally within the residential or hospitality sectors. Strong customer service skills and a basic understanding of computer systems are also required. Proficiency in plumbing, electrical systems, appliance repair, and unit turnover processes is highly desirable.
- HVAC or EPA Universal Certification is advantageous.
- Availability for on-call duties and flexibility to work weekends when necessary is preferred.
