Job Summary:

Adamas Building Services, a leading provider of premium property management services, is seeking an exceptional Concierge to join our team. As a Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for residents and guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and greet residents and guests, determining the nature of their visit and directing them to the appropriate destination.
  • Check-in and announce incoming guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Receive and process packages and deliveries, maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
  • Resolve complaints and concerns from residents and guests, providing prompt and effective solutions.
  • Perform basic clerical duties, including answering telephones, faxing, copying, and other administrative tasks.

Requirements:

  • 1 year of prior experience in a Front Desk or Office environment.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build positive relationships and provide exceptional service.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lift boxes up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
  • Proficiency in handling office equipment, including complex telephones, printers, and copy machines.
  • Dependability, punctuality, and flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights and weekends.

  • Weekly pay
  • Full-time employees are eligible for benefits after 90 days, including a 40k match after one year of employment.
