Key Responsibilities:
The selected candidate will manage a diverse caseload, which includes professional negligence defense, insurance litigation, personal injury claims, and more. The ideal applicant should possess:
- A minimum of one year of litigation experience, ideally in insurance defense or general civil litigation.
- Proficiency in legal research and writing, conducting depositions, case management, and adhering to deadlines.
- Experience serving as a first or second chair in civil jury trials is preferred.
We are open to considering candidates with varying levels of litigation experience based on their qualifications.
