About the Role

Crestview Aerospace is seeking an experienced Pricing Analyst to support our Estimating and Proposals Department in sustaining and expanding our Program activity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and schedule proposals to meet customer requirements.
  • Compile cost, schedule, and technical elements in the development of proposals in accordance with request for proposal (RFP) specifications.
  • Coordinate the collection and accumulation of cost, scheduling, and performance elements from functional departments.
  • Research and analyze historical data, develop cost models to support proposal efforts.
  • Develop and communicate the strategic, financial, and administrative implications of proposed and/or implemented pricing policy.
  • Develop price recommendations to ensure compliance with policy.
  • Provide input on final pricing contracts.
  • Coordinate activities and participate in fact-finding meetings.
  • Lead or participate in pricing reviews with management and customer representatives.
  • Participate as a member of the contract negotiating team.
  • Recommend positions for pricing and reimbursement strategies for current and future products across all relevant customer and market segments.
  • Support internal and external audits to include DCMA and DCAA.
Requirements
  • Proficient in US Government accounting requirements (FAR, CAS, TINA).
  • Knowledge of contract development, Terms and Condition development and negotiations.
  • Knowledge of complex machining and assembly in US Defense Industry.
  • Experience at Defense or Commercial Aerospace OEMs in procurement processes.
  • Experience in managing customers and RFQ processes.
  • Solid financial knowledge and understanding of contribution margins and EBITDA.
  • Strong Excel and data processing skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to develop, cultivate, and manage relationships.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, leading, and mentoring.
  • A BS degree with 4 years of experience or related experience equivalent.
  • US Citizen, eligible for security clearance.
  • Must be able to work overtime, weekends and flexible hours as required.
  • Must be able to pass a background investigation to obtain a public trust position (if required for the position).
  • Some travel may be required.
  • Must adhere to Company policies/procedures and management instruction.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and Company Proprietary data.
Work Environment

The ideal candidate will be able to work in a manufacturing/assembly environment with exposure to noise, vibration, and proximity to moving mechanical parts.
