Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Production Employee to join our team in Omaha, NE. As a key member of our production team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Packing with Care: Prepare finished products in accordance with prescribed packaging procedures while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Technical and Manual Machine Operating: Work with computer-controlled equipment or mechanically based machines to ensure proper setup, operation, and maintenance.
  • Managing Machine Performance: Monitor and maintain machines to ensure optimal performance, stock levels, and quality control.
  • Following Best Practices: Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices and safety protocols while preparing equipment for production.
  • Setting the Pace: Mix ingredients for our world-class cereal, ensuring timely and efficient production.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to work a rotational schedule, including 7 days a week and up to 16 hours a day.
  • Ability to work holidays and weekends as needed.
  • Physical ability to work long periods of time walking, standing, bending, or carrying moderately heavy items (25-50 pounds).
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing setting or related position.
  • Effective communication and detail-oriented skills.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic math skills to solve problems and manage on-the-job tasks.
