Key Responsibilities- Inspect, diagnose, and repair industrial machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs to prevent downtime and ensure efficient production
- Operate various shop tools and equipment, including drills, saws, welders, and hand tools
- Collaborate with maintenance team members to achieve maintenance goals and objectives
- Participate in on-call duty and be available for emergency repairs as needed
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; trade school or technical training a plus
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
- Basic tool kit required; ability to build or acquire one during the first few weeks of employment
