The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating the review of all homeowners' Architectural Modification submittals within our single-family communities. This includes coordination with homeowners for individual projects while upholding the design quality, community standards, and beauty of these communities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enforce architectural guidelines to maintain the vision and character of our communities.
  • Manage and coordinate landscape and architectural design uniformly.
  • Implement Architectural Review Submission requirements for residential projects.
  • Develop and maintain architectural standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Assist with revisions and maintenance of community design guidelines.
  • Communicate with homeowners, project team members, clients, consultants, contractors, and agency officials.
  • Research and specify materials, products, and systems.
  • Attend job-site meetings and review submittals for accuracy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication.
  • Stay up-to-date on applicable building codes and zoning regulations.
  • Seek ongoing knowledge of industry trends.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in architecture or related field from an accredited school.
  • 3+ years' experience in a similar position.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in single-family architecture or traditional neighborhood design.
  • Knowledge of historically accurate residential design and detailing.
  • Knowledge of Single-Family design trends.
