About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Litigation Associate to join our clients high-profile litigation practice in Washington DC. The ideal candidate will have 4 years of experience handling complex litigation matters and be proficient in legal research, brief writing, document production, and discovery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle all aspects of complex litigation matters, including legal research, brief writing, and document production.
  • Manage and execute discovery processes.
  • Collaborate with the litigation team to support pretrial, trial, and appellate efforts.
  • Contribute to client development activities, such as writing articles, attending speaking engagements, and more.
  • Provide exceptional client service and work closely with colleagues across disciplines to meet business goals.
Requirements:
  • Juris Doctor (JD) or LLM from an ABA-accredited law school.
  • Admitted in District of Columbia and Maryland.
  • 4 years of experience handling complex litigation matters.
  • Judicial clerkship experience is a plus.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with a professional demeanor when working with clients.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in team settings.
