Chief Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director, Architecture to join our team at Fidelity Investments. As a key member of our Workplace Investing Technology Architecture team, you will play a critical role in shaping our digital future and driving the transformation of our business.

• Develop and implement architecture governance initiatives to ensure the effective management of our technology infrastructure.
• Define and maintain governance standards, best practices, and program management of governance activities.
• Provide data analysis and insights to help prioritize initiatives and drive important metrics.
• Build flexible control frameworks to integrate and normalize the wide variety of constantly evolving requirements and enterprise policies.
• Serve as a subject-matter expert in architecture governance practices and represent the business unit in various enterprise architecture forums.

• 10+ years of dynamic leadership experience in information technology, security, privacy, and architecture governance.
• 7+ years of Application/Systems Architecture and Design experience.
• 5+ years of strong program/project management experience.
• 5+ years of Architecture practices management/governance experience.
• Strategic planning and executive communication.
• IT Audit practices and management experience.
• 5+ years of Financial industry experience.

• Experience working with reporting tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
• Experience working with Enterprise tools such as SharePoint, Confluence & Jira.
• Experience working with Blockchain technologies and AI/ML applications.
