Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Manager to join our team at Universal Molding Company. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing strategic human resources support to drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective HR strategies to attract, retain, and engage top talent.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits, and compliance.
  • Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and plan for future workforce requirements.
  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and analyze HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR initiatives and make data-driven decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures that support the company's growth objectives.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in human resources, with a strong background in recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience with HR metrics and supporting safety culture in a lean manufacturing environment is a plus.
