As a Quality Assurance Leadership Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance at our plasma centers. About the Role:
  • This is a senior-level position that requires strong leadership skills and expertise in quality assurance and compliance.

In this role, you will be responsible for reporting compliance status data to operational quality management, collaborating with center management on continuous improvement plans, representing the center during internal and external audits, coordinating training activities, policies, and processes, and performing final QA review and release for shipments.

Requirements:

Salary Range:

$65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
