Additionally, the Educator is tasked with cultivating a culturally responsive classroom community that is both nurturing and demanding, adhering to school-wide expectations, managing classroom behaviors, and maintaining proactive communication with families. What We Do:
We recognize and celebrate the unique talents and potential of every student. We set high standards for joy and academic excellence, ensuring that the infinite possibilities for our students become a reality. Our goal is to foster a culture of achievement, belonging, and support, personalizing learning according to each student's needs, skills, and interests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Embrace the mission, values, and commitments to Race, Inclusion, Diversity, and Equity (RIDE) of KIPP Colorado Schools, believing that all children can and will learn.
  • Take personal accountability for student success.
  • Familiarize oneself with and adhere to KIPP Colorado Policies and Procedures.
