JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

Penn State University at Harrisburg, School of Business Administration, frequently has part-time opportunities for instructors to teach undergraduate courses in Accounting across various subjects.

These positions are for one semester and are non-tenure track, with the potential for reappointment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Part-time instructors typically teach one to three courses per semester on campus related to undergraduate Accounting.
Successful candidates must demonstrate the ability to work effectively with diverse populations and audiences.

Qualifications:
Required:
  • Master's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
Preferred:
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA).
  • Experience in college-level teaching is strongly preferred.
