SFC Case Manager

As an SFC Case Manager, you'll play a critical role in providing critical support to families in need, working closely with the Data Clerk to ensure seamless services.
Proactively visit clients in their homes, reviewing essential documents, and gathering necessary signatures to maintain uninterrupted services.
