Job Summary

Job Details
  • Our regional lane runs from Sumner, WA to various locations in the Pacific Northwest, with a focus on 53' dry van trailers.
  • You will have the opportunity to work with a variety of freight, including no-touch dry van loads, with mostly night driving.
  • Trainees must be willing to run OTR for the training period, but experienced drivers can expect a more flexible schedule.
  • Home time can vary from every other day to every 2 weeks, depending on your preference.
  • Orientation will take place in Sumner, WA.
  • Mileage will vary, but experienced drivers can expect around 2,000-3,000 miles per week.

Compensation and Benefits
  • Trainees will be paid $650/week for 4-6 weeks, with experienced drivers earning a mile-based rate.
  • Experienced solo drivers can earn up to $1,400-$1,800 per week, while team drivers can earn up to $1,400-$1,800 per week, split between drivers.
  • We offer full benefits, including medical, dental, 401K, and PTO, after 30 days of employment.

Requirements
  • You must have attended and graduated from an accredited truck driving school with at least 120 hours of training.
  • You must be 21 years old with a valid Class A CDL.
  • You must have a clean driving record with no major accidents, tickets, or suspensions within the past 5 years.
  • You cannot have been terminated from your last job.
  • You must pass a urine and hair pre-employment drug screen.
