Key Responsibilities- Lead Organizational Analysis: Identify current capabilities and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with Developers: Work with system developers and business subject matter experts on application changes, development, and deployment.
- Gather Business Requirements: Document business requirements that affect technology systems, working with technology partners to develop solutions.
- Communicate Requirements: Write, communicate, and vet requirements and user stories with business leaders using various tools.
- Manage Stakeholders: Identify and manage stakeholders across functional areas to implement projects.
- Work in Agile Teams: Work effectively within Scrum or Kanban teams, including documenting acceptance criteria and participating in Scrum ceremonies and retrospectives.
- Document Systems: Create and maintain system and user documentation, including workflow diagrams and technical documentation.
- Coordinate Testing: Coordinate and conduct testing and user training.
- Provide Reports: Provide regular verbal and written reports to management.
- Define User Stories: Collaborate with Tech Leads and UAT to define when user stories are done.
- Manage Risk: Manage risk assessment and mitigation strategies for projects.
- Lead Backlog Grooming: Lead backlog grooming sessions for ongoing roadmap planning.
- Assist Product Owner: Assist the Product Owner in strategizing on how to best deliver the product roadmap.
- Plan and Execute Changes: Plan, develop, oversee, execute, and certify changes by establishing rigorous test plans and tracking test results.
- Perform Other Duties: Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
- Agile Experience: 7+ years of experience in an Agile environment.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Strong Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Teamwork Mentality: Strong teamwork mentality with experience mentoring junior analysts.
- Technical Skills: Highly proficient in G-Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.). Data analysis experience is a plus. Knowledge of BI tools is a plus. Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools.
- Ability to Work on Multiple Projects: Ability to work across multiple projects simultaneously and collaborate with other teams to ensure timely delivery of deliverables.
