Job Summary:

As a Roofing Field Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising multiple production/service crews to plan and execute successful projects. You will work closely with the Branch Manager and Warehouse Manager to order project materials, ensuring a safe and efficient job site. Your daily communication with customers and employees will be crucial in maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of multiple production/service crews
  • Plan and execute successful projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results
  • Work closely with the Branch Manager and Warehouse Manager to order project materials
  • Conduct pre-job and post-job inspections to ensure a safe and efficient job site
  • Maintain accurate paperwork and records
  • Communicate daily with customers and employees to ensure high levels of satisfaction and engagement

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in project management or field supervision in the commercial roofing industry
  • Leadership, management, and project management skills
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Office Suite and email
  • Excellent communication, time management, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Ability to interpret blueprints
  • Able to lift 50 lbs. and climb up and down ladders to minimum heights of 25 feet
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Able to work weekends and/or holidays, out of-town travel, and overtime as needed
