BFAIR Inc is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality care and support to individuals with disabilities in a home setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist individuals with daily living activities, promoting independence and autonomy.
  • Provide medical treatment and interventions beyond the scope of a MAP certified direct care staff.
  • Collaborate with individuals to set and achieve personal goals, fostering a supportive and inclusive environment.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of Massachusetts.
  • At least 2 years of experience in direct care for the elderly or disabled.
  • Valid US driver's license and reliable access to a vehicle.
  • Ability to complete initial background checks and pre-employment physical/TB test.
Physical and Mental Demands:
