Nurse Practitioner

INTEGRIS Health is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. As a Registered Nurse in our Abdominal Transplant Stepdown unit, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of healthcare professionals to provide exceptional care to patients undergoing abdominal transplant procedures.
Job Summary:The Staff Registered Nurse assumes responsibility for the management and delivery of patient care utilizing the nursing process. This position requires population-specific competencies and adherence to National Patient Safety Goals. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:- Assessment and re-assessment of patients
- Development and implementation of individualized care plans
- Supervision and coordination of other licensed and non-licensed personnel
- Providing guidance and mentorship to non-licensed personnel and students
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Oklahoma or current multistate license from a Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC) member state
- Current BLS certification upon hire, or completion within 30 days of hire
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English
