Job Description:

The Production Assistant - Busser/Dish Washer is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of production supplies for Central Market. This role requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Wash dishes in accordance with Central Market's sanitation protocols and health department regulations.
  • Assist the team with deep cleaning assignments and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Remove trash and cardboard from the department and assist with loading and unloading delivery trucks.
  • Assist in daily setup, maintenance, and breakdown of food service areas.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, initiative, and planning skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work at a self-managed, rapid, and consistent pace.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds repetitively.
  • Ability to work in extreme temperatures.
