Key Responsibilities- Tire Service and Maintenance: Mounting and dismounting automotive tires, installing new wheels, attaching and re-balancing wheels, repairing, rotating, and inflating tires.
- Oil Changes and Maintenance: Performing oil changes or any type of flushes and maintenance.
- TPMS Calibration: Calibrating Tire Pressure Monitoring Systems (TPMS).
- Inventory Management: Maintaining accurate inventory levels and stocking parts as needed.
- Training and Safety: Participating in ongoing training and adhering to safety procedures.
- Battery Testing and Installation: Testing and installing batteries.
- Valid Driver's License: Possess a valid driver's license.
- Age Requirement: Be at least 18 years old.
- Availability: Availability to work holidays, weekends, and after regular business hours as needed.
- Reliable Transportation: Possess reliable transportation to work.
- Technical Skills: Ability to learn new concepts and use technical materials.
- Physical Demands: Ability to safely operate automatic and manual transmission vehicles, work with hazardous materials, and withstand outdoor weather conditions.
- Physical Abilities: Ability to remain in a stationary position for up to nine hours per shift and move and lift up to 75 pounds.
We offer a competitive salary of $39,000.00 per year and a comprehensive benefits package.
