Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop custom web applications and integration points using C# and design patterns of MVC and/or MVVM
  • Research new development topics and technologies to determine their applicability for implementation
  • Build and maintain policy and standardization for the Application Services team
  • Design operational processes and guides for new technology programs for the Application Services team
  • Benchmark various internally-developed and third-party integrated systems for performance under heavy loads
  • Build and maintain internally-developed and third-party integrated systems documentation
  • Clarify design requirements from business owners
  • Coordinate technical efforts related to systems issues and server replacements
  • Devise strategic plans for resolving issues while keeping the firm's systems operational
  • Provide guidance to Application Support Services professionals on effective issue resolution
  • Facilitate project requirement meetings as needed
  • Coach junior developers on best practices and coding decisions
  • Act as technical lead on larger IT projects
  • Serve as Secondary Support person for after-hours support
  • Escalate critical issues to management and implement strategies for timely resolution
  • Coordinate and organize efforts from team meetings
  • Formulate basic strategies and develop proposals for meeting Application Services goals
  • Provide Level IV support for specific applications
  • Other duties as required

Qualifications & Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • High School diploma or GED
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (preferred)
  • Five (5) or more years of experience with developing web applications using C#, SQL Server, and design patterns of MVC and/or MVVM
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience with Microsoft SharePoint, JavaScript Libraries, and Kentico CMS platforms (preferred)
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Appian, and other development languages (preferred)
  • Certifications in Microsoft MTA / MCSD (preferred)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal and customer relationship skills
  • Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment, handle multiple complex projects/tasks simultaneously, and focus on details
  • Capacity to successfully multi-task, work independently or within a group environment, and rely on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
  • Advanced knowledge of software development industry concepts, practices, and procedures
  • Solid project management and leadership skills to effectively act as technical lead on large projects
  • Capacity to consistently produce clean code and adhere to documentation standards

Estimated Salary Range:

The estimated salary range for this position is $90,000 - $100,000, depending on location and qualifications.
