  • Ensure merchandise is stocked and displayed attractively, priced correctly, and safely.
  • Maintain quality brand image standards and pass evaluations.
  • Supervise and discipline store employees according to company policy.
  • Monitor daily retail gasoline competitors and report prices to the corporate office.
  • Complete daily paperwork and computer entry in a timely manner.
  • Monitor cash over/short, inventory shrinkage, and drive-offs daily.
  • Have the physical ability to perform all duties of a store cashier regularly.
  • Understand daily store operations reporting.
  • Follow and enforce all company policies and procedures.
  • Communicate and perform price change requests, mark downs/ups.
  • Enforce all safety and security issues and report any unsafe conditions.
  • Conduct regular safety and security meetings and document employee attendance.
  • Report and process employee and/or customer incidents or accidents according to company procedure.
Requirements
  • Lifts and carries stock weighing up to 50 pounds while stocking shelves and cooler.
  • Stands and walks 8-10 hours a day on a tile or concrete surface.
  • Pulls and pushes up to 50 pounds to move stock.
  • Bends and stoops to stock low shelves in store, cooler, and to clean.
  • Handles case goods, cooler merchandise, cleaning materials, equipment, and money.
  • Maintains control of cash, balances register within $1 each shift.
  • Controls lottery ticket inventory and ensures customers pay for each lottery ticket.
  • Maintains control of store retail inventory by ensuring customers pay for all merchandise.
