Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Team Development: Effectively manage and develop a team of technicians to maximize sales and customer service opportunities.
- Operational Efficiency: Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure proper booking of calls, resolve customer issues, and optimize employee engagement and development.
- Inventory Management: Inspect trucks and uniforms, verify inventory, and ensure that trucks are restocked.
- Performance Monitoring: Review prior day invoices and tech timesheets to ensure accuracy and thoroughness, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Communication: Orchestrate daily huddles to determine actions needed to reach goals, inform the call center of resource changes, and provide same-day service.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of proven management experience in the plumbing service industry.
- Technical Knowledge: Technical plumbing knowledge, licensed plumber preferred.
- Software Skills: Experience with Service Titan.
- Leadership Skills: A history of demonstrating excellence in team development, sales/operations, and customer service.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with close attention to detail, ability to multitask, and prioritize.
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
