Behavioral Health Nurse

NewPath Child & Family Solutions is seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Practical Nurse to join our Residential Intervention Program team. As a Behavioral Health Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our youth clients.
Job Summary:We are looking for a skilled and dedicated LPN to work in our Residential Intervention Program. The successful candidate will have a strong background in mental health nursing and experience working with youth. The ideal candidate will be able to provide individualized care to our clients, work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team, and maintain a safe and therapeutic environment.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care to our youth clients, including administering medications, conducting vital signs, and monitoring client behavior.
- Assess client needs and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with our interdisciplinary team.
- Participate in treatment planning and implementation, including group and individual therapy sessions.
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of client progress and treatment plans.
- Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Current Ohio LPN license in good standing.
- 1 year of experience in a related field, with a preference for experience working with youth.
- Strong understanding of various mental health diagnoses and treatment modalities.

- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
