About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Registered Dietitian to join our team at Allara Health. As a telehealth nutritionist, you will work with patients who have complex women's health conditions, providing personalized care and support.

Our ideal candidate has significant experience in treating patients with Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS) and other common health conditions affecting women. You will be responsible for analyzing intake assessments, conducting holistic diet and lifestyle counseling, and supporting patients via messaging.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze patient intake assessments, including medical history, dietary habits, and laboratory results
  • Conduct video-based diet and lifestyle counseling sessions, offering general advice on movement, sleep, and stress management as needed
  • Support patients via messaging and follow up as necessary
  • Employ Allara's provided nutrition training and educational materials to ensure consistent care
  • Stay current on the latest research and literature
  • Collaborate with NPs and MDs involved in medical management
  • Complete required training and adhere to company guidelines and policies

Requirements:

  • Registered Dietitian with current certification from the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)
  • 1-year experience treating patients with complex women's health conditions
  • Training in mindful eating modalities, such as Intuitive Eating
  • Flexibility to hold space for safe patient exploration of weight change
  • Empowers patients with tools and knowledge to self-manage care
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
  • Experience with electronic health records, Zoom, Slack, and Google Drive tools
  • Friendly and genuine "webside manner" and interpersonal skills
  • Tech-savviness in a variety of platforms
  • An active state license in Georgia (CDN/LDN)
