Job Description

Tate Inc. is seeking an experienced Planning and Scheduling Lead to join our team in Red Lion, Pennsylvania.

This role is responsible for overseeing material scheduling and production planning, ensuring efficient operations and meeting company objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field, with a minimum of 7 years of experience, including at least 1-2 years in a leadership role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and ensure execution of material scheduling and production planning
  • Work closely with Manufacturing Management to prioritize resources and adjust schedules
  • Manage inventory accuracy, monitor production schedules, and track variances
  • Negotiate and prioritize production schedules with the Manufacturing Management Team
  • Develop and drive controls and KPIs to measure service levels and lead performance improvement
