Job Overview

Position Summary

The Quality Assurance Specialist is responsible for conducting thorough audits of consumer documentation to ensure compliance with established standards and organizational policies. This role serves as a vital educational resource for Associate Program Directors regarding necessary documentation protocols. Additionally, the specialist will undertake special audit initiatives as directed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform weekly evaluations of consumer files to verify the completeness and accuracy of required documentation.
  • Provide guidance and support to Associate Program Directors on documentation requirements.
  • Execute special audit projects as assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or Social Services is required.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills are essential.
  • Attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications are necessary.
  • Prior experience in administrative roles or within the Human Services sector is preferred.
  • A valid driver's license and current auto insurance are required.
