We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Pediatric Private Duty Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care to children in Minden, LA.
Job OverviewMinden LA HCBS is dedicated to delivering personalized care and support to our patients and their families. As a Pediatric Private Duty Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing individualized care plans, providing direct patient care, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless transitions of care.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality clinical services within the scope of practice and infection control standards
- Conduct thorough clinical assessments and develop individualized plans of care
- Ensure patient eligibility and medical necessity for services
- Collaborate with other community providers to revise individualized plans of care
- A minimum of one year experience as an RN preferred
- Current RN licensure in state of practice
- Current drivers license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation
- Current CPR certification required
Depending on experience and location, estimated salary range is between $83,500 to $98,000 per year.
