At The Spice and Tea Exchange, we're on a mission to create and share the experience of a more flavorful life. As a Retail Sales Keyholder, you'll play a vital role in delivering an engaging and flavorful experience to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure each guest receives a stellar experience and is welcomed into the store.
  • Field questions concerning product information, uses, and pricing.
  • Maintain merchandise and product inventory levels throughout the store.
  • Help maintain store appearance by contributing toward daily routines.
  • Assess store inventory levels and notify management of replenishment requirements.
  • Price merchandise with labels, SKU's, prices, and locations.
  • Maintain solid, accurate, and current product knowledge to promote product knowledge.
  • Comply with operating standards and procedures pertaining to daily store operations.
  • Contribute to the team effort and embody the Disney keys of Inclusion, Safety, Courtesy, Show, and Efficiency.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of retail lead experience.
  • An engaging personality with proven customer focus and all-star customer service skills.
  • Ability to mentor, encourage, and support sales associates.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Precision in counting and cash handling.
  • Ability to utilize simple math skills to measure ingredients, read a scale, and follow recipes.
  • Interest and ability to share knowledge of our many product varieties.
  • Ability to pivot and remain flexible in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and a team player.
