We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Nurse Supervisor. As a key member of our clinical leadership team, you will be responsible for coordinating and delivering high-quality patient care, while also providing guidance and support to our nursing staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and perform patient assessments as needed
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate Patient Care Plans
  • Coordinate and administer treatments, nursing interventions, and emergency measures as indicated by the Patient Care Plan or Physician Order
  • Provide nursing care in accordance with infection control policies and procedures
  • Ensure all documentation is maintained as required by Federal, State, and Company regulations and policies
Requirements:
  • Current nursing licensure in the state of California
  • Written and verbal communication skills in English for business necessity
  • Administrative and organizational abilities necessary
  • Current CPR certification
  • Two years of recent nursing experience in long-term healthcare preferred
