IQVIA INC (US10) is seeking a skilled Medical Biller/Coder to join our team. As a key member of our Commercial Sales & Medical Solutions (CSMS) organization, you will play a vital role in providing payment assistance solutions to patients in need of available therapies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and process medical claims from healthcare providers and patients, ensuring accurate and timely payment.
- Interpret Explanation of Benefits (EOB) and apply program-specific business rules to determine claim eligibility.
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, or other communication channels.
- Collaborate with management to identify operational challenges and suggest recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in claim processing and medical billing/coding.
- Medical Billing Certification and Coding Certification required.
- Ability to interpret EOB and apply business rules.
- HIPPA certification.
- Customer Service experience preferred.
- Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
