About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to join our team at Jushi USA. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and proper operation, maintenance, and repair of our plant equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support production by performing routine maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment in our manufacturing environment.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues to minimize downtime and optimize production.
  • Collaborate with our production team to identify and resolve equipment-related issues.
  • Assist with installation of new machinery and equipment, and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
  • Identify new opportunities for continuous improvement and implement process changes as needed.
Requirements
  • High school degree or equivalent; two-year college or technical school preferred.
  • Minimum 6 months industrial maintenance experience in food, medical, or agricultural industries.
  • Knowledge of CMMS, PLC control panels, and basic mechanical skills.
  • Ability to read and follow blueprints, drawings, and schematics.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting pneumatics, mechanical equipment, and automated processes.
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs and work from elevated platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with 20% travel required.
