Job Summary:

This position reports on program operations and ensures that all requirements of the criminal justice system are met. You will manage a participant caseload using principles of the 'What Works' system, conduct risk/need assessments, and create individual treatment plans for each assigned participant.

Responsibilities:

  • You will manage a participant caseload using principles of the 'What Works' system.
  • Conduct risk/need assessments and creates individual treatment plans for each assigned participant.
  • Meet regularly with participants and document their progress or regress in our database.
  • Conduct orientation meetings with new participants to explain program rules and regulations.
  • You will also report all program violations to the appropriate agency or official via the established reporting parameters.

Requirements:

">

To be successful in this role, you will need:

">
  • An Associates of Arts or Sciences degree from an accredited institution and a minimum of two years of experience working with the criminal justice population, OR;
  • A High school diploma or its equivalent and a minimum of four years' experience working in a similar position with the criminal justice population.
  • A CBT Facilitator certification is desirable.
  • Basic knowledge of case management, referral services, and interventions in both group and individual modalities.
  • Good presentation, public speaking, and facilitation skills.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills with internal and external contacts at all levels.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $50,000 - $60,000 per year, based on experience, plus excellent benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
