Job Title: Senior SharePoint Developer

Mfinite Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Senior SharePoint Developer to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Microsoft SharePoint applications for the Maryland Judiciary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain SharePoint sites and applications
  • Integrate SharePoint with Microsoft products and workflows
  • Provide end-user support and training
  • Analyze and design new SharePoint sites and enhance existing ones
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop strategies for online communication and collaboration
  • Provide management reporting and ensure the creation of designated project deliverables
  • Document code development and workflows for project transparency and continuity

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in SharePoint development and system administration
  • Experience in integrating Microsoft Power Apps, JavaScript, C#, SQL, and .NET frameworks
  • Strong understanding of SharePoint integration with Microsoft products and ability to provide end-user support
  • Familiarity with project management practices and systems development methodologies

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with peers, end users, and vendor development staff
  • Experience working in diverse IT environments and presenting project deliverables to senior management
  • Strong knowledge of integrating database capabilities within SharePoint environments

Work Environment:

  • Hybrid work arrangement (3 days onsite in Annapolis, MD; 2 days remote)
  • Flexibility to report on-site within 24 hours if required
  • Regular performance evaluations with potential modifications to onsite/remote work balance based on performance

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (EST), with flexibility for extended coverage and on-call support as needed
