Position: Research Associate I

Overview:
We are currently seeking a dedicated Research Associate I to join our team. In this role, you will engage in the analysis of experimental data, maintain thorough documentation of laboratory activities, and collaborate with both the Research & Development and Marketing departments to enhance educational experiences in scientific settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement comprehensive experiments.
- Evaluate data and resolve technical issues.
- Utilize innovative thinking to address scientific challenges.
- Collaborate with a team focused on developing educational products for science classrooms.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant life science field (preferred disciplines include biotechnology, biochemistry, cell biology, microbiology, or molecular biology).
- BACE certification is advantageous.
- Proficiency in molecular biology techniques such as DNA extraction, PCR, electrophoresis (both DNA and protein), plasmid cloning, and sequence analysis.
- Experience with microbiological methods, including bacterial culture and sterile techniques.
