Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to spearhead our marketing initiatives. This role involves crafting and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our corporate goals at a divisional level.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement targeted marketing strategies to enhance product visibility and market penetration.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify effective media channels and direct marketing approaches aimed at specific demographic segments.
  • Collaborate closely with the VP of Sales and Marketing to drive sales objectives through impactful marketing programs.
  • Foster partnerships across departments to refine product positioning, pricing strategies, and promotional activities.
  • Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns, including drip campaigns leading to community launches, ensuring all milestones are communicated effectively across various platforms.
  • Coordinate with the PR team to maximize media coverage for significant company events and milestones.
  • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective vendor selection and adherence to financial guidelines.
  • Analyze market trends and competitive activities to inform strategic decisions and enhance market share.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field, coupled with a minimum of four years of relevant experience, preferably within the homebuilding sector.
