Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support and advisory services for space systems integration and test efforts
Oversee systems engineering processes, including cost, schedule, and performance tradeoffs
Support the development of test objectives, plans, schedules, and execution
Work with multiple teams and program offices to coordinate and execute system test plans and integration efforts
Perform risk management activities and develop mitigation strategies
Develop briefings, reports, and assessments for various audiences

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in science, technology, engineering, or math
Minimum 8 years' experience with satellite and fire control systems
TS/SCI clearance
Strong experience in requirements development and tracking
Technical and analytic understanding of satellite and ground system interaction
Experience in systems engineering
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent oral and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in science, technology, engineering, or math
Agile framework experience
Experience with DoD and/or IC customers
Current experience with space systems
