About the Role

We are seeking a Clinical Technician (Aide) to join our Washington Clinic team. This part-time position offers flexible hours and is ideal for students pursuing a medical-related field.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and improve clinic appearance through regular completion of job duties, such as cleaning tables, equipment, and supplies.
  • Enhance patient and client experience through exceptional customer service and concierge-like interactions.
  • Facilitate and assist with patient interaction as directed by supervising PTs.
  • Support front office staff with answering phones, greeting patients, and scheduling appointments.
  • Contribute to clinic upkeep by assisting PTs with digital technology and EMR.
Requirements
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Documented history of working with people in a service industry (preferred).
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work as a team member and make appropriate decisions.
  • Demonstrated high level of initiative and reliability.
Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Some college experience in a related healthcare field (preferred).
  • Prior experience working in a physical therapy setting (preferred).
  • CPR certification (preferred).
  • Ability to move continuously throughout the day, including standing, walking, stooping, bending, squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs.
