About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Dental Support Specialist to join our team at North American Dental Group. As a key member of our dental team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and ensuring a positive experience for our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Assist dental hygienists in preparing rooms, seating patients, and documenting patient visits.
  • Record and review patient health history, make chart entries, and ensure completion of necessary forms and signatures.
  • Educate patients on treatment plans and maintain their oral health.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, possessing excellent interpersonal skills and establishing positive relationships with our team and patients.
  • Communicate professionally, both orally and in writing, with a service-oriented approach.
Requirements
  • Dental Assisting Certification, state-required education, or prior on-the-job training.
  • One or more years of experience preferred.
  • Radiography/X-RAY certification for the respective state.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite.
  • Commitment to providing exceptional service, support, and education to patients.
