About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Program Manager and Behavior Technician to join our team in Sacramento and Vallejo.

In this role, you will work directly with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, usually in their homes, and be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing treatment plans under the direction of the Clinical Director and BCBA.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in behavioral analysis and excellent supervisory skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and manage treatment plans
  • Supervise and train behavior technicians and registered behavior technicians
  • Collaborate with staff members to ensure program goals are met
Benefits
  • $24.50 to $29 per hour when working directly with clients
  • No benefits offered for part-time positions
